The MD LTD program is not a substitute for insurance. Subsequent visits the year are billed
to the insurance of the participant. Any outside lab work or other studies are also the
responsibility of the insured. Medicare recipients are elgible for membership however the
program's benefits have been revised to comply with current Medicare regulations. State
regulations prevent us from offering this program to HMO recipients.
